Ink & Heal: A Mental Health Tattoo Workshop

This one-of-a-kind experience invites you to explore your mental health journey through art and storytelling—then turn that story into a meaningful tattoo.

Led by a licensed mental health therapist (RSW) and a professional tattoo artist, this intimate, creative workshop blends education, reflection, and connection in a supportive space.

What to Expect:

• Mental Health 101: Learn about mental wellness, healing, and how to express your journey through symbolism and imagery.

• Story Sharing Circle: Reflect on your path—whether it’s about growth, resilience, recovery, or where you’re headed next.

• Design Your Story: Use artist-provided symbols and design elements to create a piece that speaks to your lived experience.

• Get Inked: The tattoo artist will bring your vision to life—tattooing your piece right there at the workshop (optional but encouraged).

• Connect: Meet new people, share stories, and celebrate your healing in a fun, safe, and inclusive space.

No artistic experience required. All designs will be supported and guided by the artist, and tattoos will be small, meaningful, and manageable in a group setting.

This includes 3–4 hours of structured time, professional facilitation, art materials, and refreshments.
