7-week Divorce Recovery Support Group (Mississauga)

Join us for a 7-week in-person support group held in a cozy, welcoming space, where you’ll be guided through the emotional landscape of divorce with the support of sisterhood, reflection, and grounded conversations.

Starting May 15th 2025, Thursdays, 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm.

Each week we’ll gather in circle with warm drinks and open hearts, diving into a theme that helps you:

• Feel more emotionally grounded
• Rebuild self-trust
• Reclaim your power
• Reflect and release
• Be held in community
  
  This group is ideal for women looking for a safe space to process their experience, explore their healing, and come back home to themselves.
  
  Reflection questions and roundtable discussions will be provided as gentle invitations.You don’t have to carry this alone. Let’s walk through it together.
