Learn about your body and your mind with yoga, meditation, and forest bathing techniques. Exercise in nature can set you at ease and improve your overall wellness. Follow at your own pace, and improve over time by making this part of a regular routine.


Meet: Park Headquarters - Tram Turnaround

Bring: Yoga Mat, Water, exercise and weather appropriate clothing, comfortable shoes, sun protection and bug repellant.

Attendance is limited. Registration starts on the 1st of the month.

Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.).
