Meet your guardian angel or spiritual guide and receive a meaningful gift and message. Then lets explore scenes from your past lifetime through guided hypnosis and visualization. You will be gently guided to remain present and conscious throughout so you can record your experience. We will follow by group discussion.
*This is a lighter more acessible version of QHHT designed for group exploration and connection and does not utilize the deeper trance levels of QHHT sessions which are reserved for one-on-one in-person
