This sacred women’s retreat weaves together gentle movement, breath, mantra, meditation, women’s circle and a sound healing experience — but it’s true gift is space. Spaciousness to lie down, to let go, to rest without needing to achieve, perform, or holding yourself.
You will be lovingly guided through practices that open the gateway to stillness in the mind, spaciousness in the body, and reconnection with source consciousness and divine grace. Restoring your own state of coherence.
