Through the breath, we ignite our inner flame and gently release what no longer serves.
We are then bathed in the soothing waves of Sound and Energy Healing — tuning us back to balance, presence, and connection with all that is.
Finally, we rest — held in Mumma’s embrace, open to receive the healing frequencies that surround and support us.
