Are you tired of swiping left and right with no luck in the love department? Join us for an informative and essential workshop where you can learn valuable Lessons in Love! Our expert Gottman Leader, Brenda LeShay LMFT, will share information on navigating modern dating, building meaningful connections, and making them last. This in-person event will be hosted at our office, located at 27281 Las Ramblas. So, mark your calendars and get ready to level up your dating game!

Your ticket includes four 2-hour classes:

• Week 1: Thursday, June 12, 2025
• Week 2: Thursday, June 19, 2025
• Week 3: Thursday, June 26, 2025
• Week 4: Thursday, July 3, 2025

All the above classes will be hosted from 6-8pm.

What You’ll Learn

This program is based on over 40 years of Dr. John Gottman’s research and his best-selling book, . In this workshop, the Seven Principles have been adapted to help singles learn the fundamental skills to building and maintaining successful romantic relationships.

Classes are based on scientific research and practices that foster discussion, encourage small and large group exercises, and spark personal reflection. To clarify, while partially rooted in psychology principles, this is not therapy but rather a relationship skills-building experience.

As a result of this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Improve dating skills
• Identify characteristics/behavior/values of your ideal partner
• Recognize and navigate different phases of a relationship
• Cultivate friendship, fondness, and admiration
• Enhance romance and intimacy
• Develop productive communication skills
• Understand the role of constructive conflict in healthy connections
• Create life dreams and shared meaning for a lasting partnership

While some people may elect to do so, you are not required or expected to share anything with which you are uncomfortable.

This is an educational workshop and NOT intended to be a singles’ meet-up or dating experience.

*** As an added bonus, practicing these enhanced skills may also help you improve other relationships, including family, friends, co-workers, and others!

Who Should Attend

Adults (18+)

• Singles
• Couples (individually or together)

This workshop is not appropriate for the following:

• Non-monogomous (No judgement. The Gottman studies just don't provide any research applicable to the nuances of these relationships).
• Individual in an active addiction
• Individuals with serious mental health problems
• Couples in high-conflict or perpetual distress
