Smoked Duck Breast Crostini

Chicory Baby Wedge
Romaine, bacon, pickled red onion, blue cheese crumbles, finished with blue cheese dressing.
🍖 Third Course – Entrée
Braised Beef
Slow-braised and finished with a bourbon-brown butter sauce.
Served with dauphinoise potatoes and fresh asparagus.
🍮 Fourth Course – Dessert
Bourbon Pecan Pie Tart
Mini tart drizzled with bourbon-caramel sauce and topped with vanilla bean whipped cream.
