Big Wild Moon Afternoon with Rachel Boon - August 16th - Mother Moon

Are you a woman with questions about menopause? Or maybe you're overwhelmed with information?

What if you could come and sit by a camp fire under the trees with a cuppa, and listen to a woman who knows what she's talking about, ask her some questions and then chat about it with other like minded women, while eating biscuits?!

Rachel Boon is a medically and herbally qualified Naturopath, which means she looks at the whole picture of you. She's been working with women for over 2 decades to help them navigate their way through the ups and downs of this beautiful, difficult life.

She's coming to Heartwood in Croydon on 16th August, to our very special extended Wild Moon Afternoon � starting at midday!

There will be a chance also to take part in a relaxing Yoga Nidra (an excellent thing to have in your women's wellness tool kit) or you could choose to stay by the fireside and chat, doze in a hammock, draw, knit, read, or whatever else takes your fancy in your bit of Me Time!
