🎉 It’s Zumba Time! 🎉

Zumba Fusion combines sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party. For some songs we use light-weight (1-3 pounds) to tone all your target zones - including upper body, abs, legs and glutes. Grab some water and get ready to have some fun!

Monthly commitment - 5 weeks @ reduced price of $55 (minimum 12 participants required)
*Weekly walk-in option - $14 per class*
Each Thursday at 6:15pm at the Nordin Rec Centre
