Yoga & Sound Healing at Miramar Regional Park

Join us for a rejuvenating and peaceful yoga experience under the open sky at the Corporate Pavilion in Miramar Regional Park! These classes combine mindful movement and sound healing to help you unwind, connect, and restore balance.

Class Schedule:

• Mondays (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM): All-Levels Vinyasa Flow + Sound Bath – This class is designed for all experience levels, offering a dynamic flow that builds strength, flexibility, and calm.
• Wednesdays (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Slow Flow & Restore + Sound Bath – A slower-paced class that focuses on relaxation, deep stretching, and mindful breathing, followed by a calming sound bath.

First class FREE for new participants!

$10, $15, or $20 per class (participants choose donation)

5-class package for $50

Non-Miramar residents will be charged 20% more

$12, $18, $24 per class (participants choose donation)

5-class package for $60

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
