Volunteers are blessings to us so we will assure we are blessings to you! We would appreciate it if you could donate your time to support our very first event. We are calling for 20 volunteers who will be available August 23rd 8:00AM CALL TIME (Show up time) and the event should be complete by 5:00PM.
**Please note: you are reserving a ticket via Eventbrite and will be sent a confirmation email with the full volunteer application.

Info: Volunteers will check in at the school site for a swift run through of the day, assigned roles, continental breakfast, and to retrieve items. Check in must be completed by 8:20AM
Info: Every group should be in position once check in is completed and should be completing any and all duties assigned to their specific stations.
Info: At 10:30 am all teams will be instructed to pause so we can connect for 15-20 minutes to pray with one another, for the day, and do any final debriefing.
Info: It is show time!! All volunteers have been prepped on their roles and assignments to ensure we have a smooth day. Bellies are full and spirits are fed and we are ready to have a great day. Volunteers will have the time in each role to use their meal tickets and please make sure you eat for the day. All volunteers are asked to stay for the entirety of the event as we will have a debrief at the end and more thanks given and any other photos!
Info: Everything should be broken down and cleaned up by now but we will want to make sure and I would love to pray us out and have a successful shout of praise!
