For snowbirds, prices typically range between five and 6000 a month. We loved hosting our previous snowbirds who stayed for two snowbird seasons �but unfortunately, they're no longer able to travel. Please book on the website and we'll adjust the price upon booking�� ��

You have private beach access, hot tubs, and pools out the back entrance of our building and you have Baytown wharf that has live entertainment, fireworks live music ��so many things during the snowbird season.
Fitness facility on the main floor , we are on the second floor, rocking chairs and even a rooftop pool right next-door with life-size, chess and checker pieces and a beautiful place to watch the sunset.
