Generations: Family Hike with Hike+Heal and FOW

We’re happy to invite you to a family-friendly hike led by Brandi Aulston and her organization, Hike+Heal! Join us for a special day in nature as we hike together celebrating the generations that have come before us and those still growing!

Bring your parents, children, grandparents, or chosen family as we honor the ties that bind us across time. Whether you’re continuing a family tradition or starting a new one, this intergenerational hike is a meaningful way to connect, honor, and move together.

We’ll engage in interactive exercises, reflect and practice mindfulness, and experience the beauty of the Wissahickon. We’ll start at the Inn and follow the Orange Trail to Frog Pond, then loop back along Forbidden Drive.
