Enjoy a custom menu prepared by The Starving Rooster featuring locally sourced foods. As each dish is served, the producers will share a bit about their farms and ranches, turning the evening into a flavorful, engaging, hands-on learning experience. The meal will include local bison and beef, farm fresh vegetables, Pride Dairy Ice Cream, and more!
