About the event

September Walk with a Doc (Discussing Hands-Only CPR)

Join us Saturday, the 13th of September (and the second Saturday of every month, except next month, when we'll meet on the first Saturday of the month), as we talk about Hands-Only CPR, because the CPR they show on TV and in movies is NOT how it is done! We will then take a walk around the lake. The talk begins at 10 AM, so please make sure to arrive on time. You can choose to do one lap (0.7 miles) or two laps (1.4 miles).

Prior to the walk, please sign the waiver at walkwithadoc.org/Ewaiver. Our walk chapter is 10190. We look forward to seeing you there! The weather is supposed to be pleasantly warm and partly cloudy, so make sure to wear sunscreen and bring water!
