About the event

August Walk with a Doc (Discussing Annual Wellness Exams)

Join us Saturday, the 9th of August (and the second Saturday of every month!), as we talk about Annual Wellness Exams, including what to expect, why they are important, and discussing recommended screenings. We will then take a walk around the lake. The talk begins promptly at 10 AM, so make sure to arrive on time. You can choose to do one lap (0.7 miles) or two laps (1.4 miles).

Prior to the walk, please sign the waiver at walkwithadoc.org/Ewaiver. Our walk chapter is 10190. We look forward to seeing you there! The weather is supposed to be warm and sunny, so make sure to wear sunscreen and bring water!
