Kettlebell Workout

Kick off the school year with a new you!!
Drop the kids at school and come workout!
We supply kettlebells!
Any fitness level, no kettlebell experience necessary.
We’ll coach you on proper and safe form and give you a new workout each week.
PLEASE arrive early enough to sign in so we can start promptly at 9:00AM
$35 per session or 5 weekly sessions for $150.
Cash or Venmo.
