Beyond The Mat Yoga Workshop

What if we focus less on perfecting yoga postures and more on how it feels to move between them? Could we roll to the floor instead of taking Downward Dog or a Sun Salutation each time? And what happens if we aren’t confined to the four corners of a yoga mat?

Explore these questions and more in Kaitlin’s Beyond the Mat workshop on Friday, February 20. Through accessible sequences borrowed from both yoga and modern dance practices, we will discover new ways to take up space and be curious. Time and space will be provided to journal and reflect on what comes up.
