Wintering is a guided art therapy group for individuals who are feeling depleted or seeking a renewed sense of balance and purpose. Through creative expression, mindfulness, and guided reflection, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with their inner world, and explore what rest and restoration mean for them.

Art-making serves as a tool for emotional healing, self-understanding, and balance. Each week offers opportunities to process feelings, release stress, and cultivate resilience within a supportive community.

No art experience is required — just a willingness to explore and create!
