Tuuli is a full bodied experience designed to transcend our perceived limitations into a world full of possibility.
This three part experience will help dissolve feelings of isolation, suppressed expression and disconnection.
What to expect during these 2.5 hours:
Connect - Connect with others in new and surprising ways.
Feeling connected and deeply understood not only creates a safe container to play in but also is a vital part of our human existence.
“It is only through the eyes of others that we may really know ourselves.”
Express - You will be guided on a spiritual journey with dance. Dance has been part of our human expression since the beginning of time.
Breathe - Everything you need is within you! Breathing is the most important thing we do and is our direct access to consciousness.
What to bring: A water bottle, a blanket, yoga mat and an open mind and heart
Love Donation: We gratefully accept what you are willing and able to give to help support us in our journey. This will look different for everyone and each is equally accepted with love.
Location: Powder horn Park: If you park at the recreation center, y head over to the south end of the park. We will be set up on the south side, along E 35th street. It will be easiest to park on E 35th street along the park. You should see us there.
