Tuesday Workout - Wabun Picnic Area - Summer Training Preview #2

Join Run Minnesota Summer Training for the second Tuesday workout of the 2025 summer season. This is an opportunity to preview a training session, meet coaches, team leads and learn more about the training programs.

Meet near the Wabun Picnic Area for warmups and coach announcements about pace groups, routes and water stops. There will be post-run opportunities to ask coaches questions about the Run Minnesota Summer Training program along with a post-run social hour.

Location: Wabun Picnic Area

Who: This run is free and open to everyone

When: 6:00pm

What: 4-8 miles with a progression in thirds

Why: This is a great way to find your gears. The goal is to break the run into three parts with an easy section, moderate section and then a final faster section.

Post-Run Social Hour: Sea Salt at Minnehaha Falls
