The Art of Cueing, Alignment, and Adjustment Workshop

Do you want to feel your yoga poses in a whole new way? Are you working with a challenge in your body and want to feel more comfortable on the mat? Join Jes Rosenberg to learn how to create a strong structural foundation to get your energy to flow freely and make your yoga practice effortless.

We will discover how to make the asanas accessible for every body. You will study fun ways to invite students into their own yoga postures so that they can tap into their inner reservoir of power.

We will discuss:
- Stirah Sukah Asanam [Y.S. 2.46]
- Yoga Chikitsa, Vayu’s, Bandhas
- Prana, breathwork practices
- Central Nervous System, Vagus nerve

This workshop will give you the tools to optimal alignment on the mat, which in turn will help empower you to create an inspired practice, and life, off the mat.

All levels welcome.

Class Format/Style: Discussion + Asana practice
