Summer Menu with Chef Raymond

Savor the last days of Summer with a perfectly light menu from Chef Raymond! In this hands on class you will whip together tomatoes and Burrata, squid ink shrimp tempura with a forgotten black rice and a sweet Clafoutis to round it all out.

This class will cover the skills you need for your next dinner party from appetizers to desserts, mixing batter to chopping veggies. Grab a friend and enjoy a Saturday in the kitchen together!
