Join us for a free, hands-on CPR and AED training class at Nokomis Library, led by certified instructors who are also active-duty women firefighters. This non-certified class is open to women and girls ages 12 and up and is designed to build real-world emergency confidence with no experience needed.
You’ll learn how to:
✔ Perform CPR on adults, children, and infants
✔ Use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
✔ Respond to choking emergencies
✔ Stay calm and take action in life-threatening situations
You’ll participate in real-life simulations and hands-on practice in a welcoming space where questions are encouraged and empowerment is the goal. Whether you’re a parent, student, caregiver, or even considering a future in the fire service or emergency response, this class is for you!
