Pound at Minnehaha Falls

What is Pound?
-Pound is a ROCKOUT WORKOUT! Pound is for everyBODY, regardless of age or fitness level.

What do you need?
-To be ready to rock! We will provide the music and sticks. Bring water (or refreshments to drink) and a mat.

Where?
-Minnehaha Falls Park. At the outdoor gazebo near the restaurant Sea Salt. There is paid parking nearby, or you can park for free farther away and walk in.

When?
- We have class starting at 5:45, but we usually start closer to 6:00pm to give everyone time to drive, park and get to class safely.

Class is free, but donations are welcome!
