You don't have to leave your neighborhood to explore nature! Join a Refuge Ranger at your local library to discover what all the buzz is about pollinators. We will meet our pollinator neighbors, investigate their habitats and learn how we can help! Activities will be both indoor and outside and are geared toward elementary-aged students, but all are welcome! We will finish the program with a take-home project. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Activity Level: This program will have both indoor and outdoor activities. Activities will be easy-active and self-paced.
What to Bring: Clothing and shoes you can comfortably move around in is recommended. This program has indoor and outdoor portions, please bring outerwear appropriate for the summer weather, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Event is rain or shine.
Accessibility: Restrooms and water fountains available inside of the library. Handicap parking available. Paved flat sidewalk, a 0.1 mile walk from parking lot to the library entrance. Paths are usually suitable for strollers and wheelchairs Multiple rest areas located inside and outside.
