Friday, July 11
1 PM Start set-up
3 PM – 7 PM enter stems, photos and designs

Saturday, July 12
8 AM- 9 AM – enter stems and photos
8 AM – 10 AM – enter floral designs
Judging 9 AM – 12 Noon
1 PM – 5 PM - Show open to the public
6 PM- head over to the Awards Banquet – pre-registration is required

Sunday, July 13
10 AM- 3 PM – Show open to the public
3 PM – takedown of show and cleanup
