Intro to Aerial Silks- May Sundays

Come try something new this spring!
No dance or circus experience needed- and no strength required!
Get strong with us, we all started on the ground!
This 4 week class series will get you ready for our regular leveled classes.
Wear stretchy comfortable clothing- gym clothes or yoga outfits are fine... just remember to not wear anything with zippers or buttons while on the aerial equipment.
