This is more than just a group—it’s a refuge, a place where your story is met with compassion, where your grief is honored, and where hope is gently nurtured, even on the hardest days.

Whether you’re in the midst of treatments, grieving loss, or simply trying to find your footing in a world that doesn’t always understand, you are welcome here. Together, we’ll share our journeys, hold space for one another, and remind each other that even in the darkest moments, we are not alone. Let’s walk this path side by side—because no one should have to face infertility in isolation.

Our evening will begin with a deeply grounding sound bowl experience led by Jean Nitchals—designed to calm the nervous system and create space to simply be. This experience is inclusive of supportive partners, family, and friends as well.

This is a soft landing for your body, your heart, and everything you’ve been holding.

Please come in cozy, comfortable clothing, and bring whatever supports your rest: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask—anything that helps you feel safe and held. This is your moment for stillness and care, surrounded by others who understand.
