Get it Twerkin with Nae is the ultimate dance party you don't want to miss! Join us at V3 Sports for a night of non-stop twerking and fun. Let loose, shake what your mama gave you, and learn some new moves with Nae, our twerk expert. This in-person event will have you breaking a sweat and feeling empowered. Don't worry about your skill level, just come ready to have a good time. Grab your friends and get ready to twerk it out!

Info: Coach Nae will do an introduction about herself, the nonprofit, and why she is hosting this event. She will explain what GETITMOVINWITHNAE means and what she stands for.

Info: During this time, we will be doing the twerk(dance cardio workout) to each song on the playlist. We will start at a slow pace, and as the songs progress, we will gradually increase the pace. As we come to the end, we will slow down the pace again and do a SURPRISE cool down song together! We will end with a stretch to wrap up the event.
