Free Muay Thai Fundamentals Class

This event is the perfect "start here" class for anyone who has wanted to try Martial Arts or Kickboxing. We'll take you through a crash course in the art of Muay Thai, Aka Thai Boxing. Known as some of the best kickboxing in the world, Muay Thai will get you in shape and give you invaluable lessons for self defense.
