Free Jazzercise at Graco Park with Cheryl

Get ready to dance it out in Downtown Minneapolis parks! Certified Jazzercise instructor and personal trainer Cheryl is leading three free outdoor classes this summer—and you're invited.

Expect upbeat music, easy-to-follow moves, and an energizing mix of cardio and strength. Whether you're new to group fitness or a seasoned pro, these classes are all about moving your body, feeling strong, and having fun—no pressure, no shame.

Free and open to all fitness levels. Just bring water and wear something you can move in.
