This month we will focus on opening the 3rd eye chakra and creating space for expanded awareness and perception. When you can see clearly beyond just what the human eyes can perceive a whole new world opens and it becomes easier to follow your own inner guidance even when the path doesn't appear clear. A variety of sound healing instruments will be used this month along with a channeled meditation.
Sound therapy is an ancient healing modality that taps into the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In this session, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation and immersed in live sound healing using an array of crystal singing bowls, each attuned to different healing frequencies. These vibrations will support your emotional and physical well-being, promoting relaxation, release, and renewal.

There are some mats and blankets provided, however if you have ones you prefer please bring them along with pillows for your comfort as you will be laying down for most of this event.
