Level: Advanced Beginner and Up

This workshop is all about depth-- the difference between simply moving and fully embodying each motion. We'll dive int the details that make movement not just captivating to watch but deeply sensual to feel. Expect to slow down, get fully absorbed, and explore the subtle shifts, micro-adjustments, and breathwork, that bring power and intention to every step. We'll learn a sequence, but the real focus is on how we move--crafting each moment with precision, fuidiity, and purpose.
