Coming up! Two opportunities for day long art and nature mini retreats! Nurture your heart and decrease burnout!

**Create & Renew Mini Retreats at Heart Space Art Studio are day long retreats that support individuals with mindfulness, intuitive art making and building a creative self-care practice. Cultivate your creativity and build resilience through art! **

*Thursday July 10th*: Providers with CEs available. You do not have to be a therapist but anyone who works with other humans and wants to focus on nuturing their caregiving heart. (4 spots left)

*Friday August 1st:* Open to anyone!

These day long retreats are held at Heart Space in S. Minneapolis from 9-3:30pm. All supplies are provided except lunch (on your own) and I do request you bring a book that you would like to alter. More info: https://www.heartspacetherapy.org/mini-retreats-at-heart-space
