Cooking Class - Ode to Preserved Lemons

Step up your summer recipes with this hands-on class all about Preserved Lemons. Chef Morgan will walk you through the process of making your own preserved lemons before showing you how to use them! You will learn to create and enjoy:

-Fresh Salad with Preserved Lemon dressing
-Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemons, olives, and thyme
-Preserved Lemon drizzle cake

Everyone will leave with their own jar of preserved lemons, a full stomach, and culinary skills to impress this summer.
