Class Struggle Calisthenics: an SSC & Swoletariat Collaboration

Workouts in the park are coming back with the help of Swoletariat (Minneapolis Socialist Power Lifting Collective). Featuring 100% body-weight exercises customizable any for fitness level, we promise this will be both a challenge for seasoned athletes and a good introduction if you're getting off the couch. These movements were used to prepare the Ancient Greeks for battle, and are still a gold standard for practical physical fitness, strength, speed, and endurance. Class struggle is easier when you don't struggle to do a pull-up! Please wear athletic clothing, bring water and a towel, we'll provide the rest.

Details: Meeting Saturday 10.4.25, 10am at Lake Nokomis, on the East side by the pull up bars. The workout will be under two hours including instruction, warm-up, and cool down. Hope to see you there!
