Chef Rosh from Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped Champion & James Beard nominee did a Pop up seven course dinner at Raag to a sold out room. On popular demand she is coming back on May 23rd for Minneapolis foodies to get another chance at trying her art with a completely new menu and flavor profile. She is joind by Chef Keith Sarasin from Boston. Chef Keith is well published chef, author and documentarian who cooks Indian food traveling all over the world. Both Chef Rosh & Chef Keith will make 3 corurses each and 7th dessert course will be prepared by Chef Romila, exective chef of Raag who has trained in French cuisine at michelin establishments.
