"Brain and Body Beats": Special 6 Week Series Class

Tuesdays: October 21st - December 2nd

Cost: $20 per person to cover cost of course materials (to pay upon arrival to first class)

Experience the fun of body percussion while exercising your brain and your body! This series of music classes uses the Ronnie Gardiner Method of body percussion to encourage physical movement while seated, practice sustained and selective attention, work your memory skills, and exercise your voice with music. Singing and formal music education are not required to participate and enjoy this class. The Brain and Body Beats series of classes is designed for individuals with Parkinson's Disease and related movement disorders. Care partners are welcome.
