Live Stream Boxing Seminar and Levels Testing with Guro Rick Faye

The itinerary for the day will be:

11am - 12pm CST Live Stream Seminar on Multiple Opponent Drills
12:15pm - 1:15pm CST, live stream levels testing!

Seminar: This Month on MKGU we've got a huge boxing course for you. 22 videos taking you from basics up to advanced focus mitt drills. In the basics videos Guro Rick gives an amazing breakdown on body mechanics and the technical foundations of good striking. From there we're digging into combination work and more interactive drills. Pulling from a few different boxing traditions we'll introduce you to parrying drills, slips and some shadowboxing to hone your skills. This, plus a few advanced focus mitts series, will really get you moving and taking those solid body mechanics to interactive drills.

Testing: With your "International Class" Subscription you get access to level 1 curriculum and video guides for Kali, Panantukan, JKD and our signature MKG Blend program. To get access to level 2 just test and show us you have level 1 down! Testing is included in your membership! Just tell us what level you want to test on the 26th!
