2025-2026 Pointer Youth Program (K-8) Practices Start and Parent Meeting

Our MP Youth Coaches have been working on plans for this year seasons and are making a few changes. This year we will start our K-8 Pointer Youth program Monday, Dec 1st. Practices will run from 6-7pm from November to early January in the MP Wrestling Room on Monday and Thursdays. The format this year is to focus on wrestling basic and fundamentals of wrestling to provide exposure to kids interested in learning more about wrestling. For those more seasoned wrestlers this is a good way to get back into the wrestler groove. Seasoned wrestlers, we will try to segregate you for some advance instructions.

Starting in January to March we will have our advanced Pointer Youth practices starting at 6pm for those who want to take their skills to the next level.

As always our Pointer Pride and Pointer Youth program is FREE to participate in, we have some shoes available to loan out to help reduce investment into the sport. Each participate will receive a free wrestling shirt. We do ask our Pointer Pride/Pointer Pride Showcase families to sign up for a shift or 2 at one of our upcoming tournaments. The success of these fundraisers keep our program free of charge to families.
