Porlock Weir and Ada Lovelace’s Woodlands: Guided Walk

New to our 2025 guided walks programme, this is a wonderful guided walk around Porlock Weir and Ada Lovelace's woodlands.

Your walk guides, Gill and Alistair, are both volunteers for the National Trust ENPA, and formed part of the team that established the Porlock Pilgrim’s Trail, a trail that links all nine churches and chapels in the benefice, including Porlock Weir.

The walk will begin by exploring Porlock Weir before heading to Ada Lovelace’s woodland gardens.

Returning through the hamlet of Worthy, we will visit Porlock Weir’s tin tabernacle church, St Nicholas’, before returning to the harbourside for the annual open-air service on the Harbourside.

Dogs are most welcome for this 3 mile walk.
