Full Moon SUP Yoga

We are honouring the Full Moon with an energizing paddleboard yoga class on the water.
Our classes include a bit of everything: stretching, vinyasa flow and the most amazing savasana. We also include some time to play and practice your favourite poses.

Limited spaces are available, so register to guarantee your spot.
Payment by e-transfer is required upon registration.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start on time and for a brief paddleboard instruction.

$45 - Equipment is provided unless you choose to bring your own.

$40 - BYOBoard - you bring your board, paddle, life jacket, and whistle but require an anchor.

$25 - SUP Club - you have all your equipment, including a throw rope and anchor.

If you bring your equipment, please ensure you have plenty of time to set up as we hit the water at our start time.

You do not have to have experience to participate, however, you must be able to swim.
