アンペロスセラーズ ワインセミナー＆ディナー｜2025年5月21日（水）開催
白金台「Stellato（ステラート）」にて、カリフォルニア・サンタバーバラの人気ワイナリー「Ampelos Cellars（アンペロス・セラーズ）」によるスペシャルイベントが2025年5月21日（水）に開催されます。
「ナチュラルワイン」として近年注目を集める、酸化防止剤無添加の“無濾過”自然派ワイン。Ampelos Cellarsは、いち早くナチュラルワインの生産に取り組み、「サステナビリティ・オブ・プラクティス」「オーガニック」「バイオダイナミクス」の3つの認証を取得した、カリフォルニアでも先駆的な存在です。
今回は、ワイナリー創設者でありワインメーカーのピーター＆レベッカ夫妻が来日し、貴重なセミナーとともに、Ampelosの魅力を体感できる特別ディナーをご用意いたします。

A Feast of California Natural Wines and an Exquisite Dinner
Ampelos Cellars Wine Seminar & Dinner｜Wednesday, May 21, 2025
A special event by Ampelos Cellars, a popular winery in Santa Barbara, California, will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Stellato in Shirokanedai.
Ampelos Cellars was one of the first wineries to produce natural wines with no added antioxidants, and has been recognized for its “Sustainability of Practices,” “Organic,” and “Biodynamic” wines. Ampelos Cellars was one of the first wineries in California to produce natural wines and has obtained three certifications: Sustainability of Practices, Organic, and Biodynamics.
Peter and Rebecca, the winery's founders and winemakers, will visit Japan for a rare seminar and a special dinner to experience the charm of Ampelos.
