Sunrise Rhythms Indigenous Music & Spirit

Join Patrick Shendo, a tribal member of Taos and Jemez Pueblos in New Mexico, for a musical journey towards self reflection.

We all move with ancient rhythms. Minding the rhythms of the human existence and blending that with nature’s rhythms keeps us balanced. This time together will be guided by Indigenous song and flute, the didgeridoo, and percussion instruments in order to bring in pathways of restorative reflection.

This will include time in the sauna as the heat and cold are representative of the elements of nature.

$65 per person • $55 members
