Tai Chi: Mondays, 4:30 p.m. in 3rd Floor Recreation Hall

Join us, 4:30 p.m.- 5:15 p.m. for Tai Chi with Whole Health on Mondays, in the 3rd floor recreation hall, room 3435.

Classes are open to Veterans enrolled in VA health care, and employees.

This is an in-person class but it is also available virtually.
