Summer Sound Bath Series with Camille Mays

Join us for our Summer Sound Bath series with Camille Mays!

A sound bath is a meditative and relaxing experience where singing bowls are played, surrounding you or bathing you in sound and vibration. Our first soundbath is on Friday, June 6th, at South Shore Park! Sit back and enjoy a 45-minute guided sound bath.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or chair, and anything you need to be comfortable!
