Queer Dharma

Queer Dharma is a monthly meditation group where LGBTQIA+ people and allies can form a non-judgmental community while deepening our meditation practices based on openness, curiosity, and gentleness.

Queer Dharma is to be held one Sunday per month from 5:30PM - 7:30PM. Hosted by Shambhala Milwaukee on the east side, but all are welcome.

Please arrive no later than 5:55 PM. Meditation will began shortly thereafter.

5:30-6:00: Doors open for community. Meditation instruction and light refreshments will be available.
6:00-7:00: Meditation time will be composed of both sitting and walking meditation.
7:00-730: Discussion

When you arrive, you'll be invited to remove your shoes; you may wish to wear cozy socks as the floor can be cool. Chairs and various meditation cushions are available; try some out to find your most comfortable seat.

There is no fee for the event, but donations for the Center are greatly welcomed!
