During this session, acupuncture helps release physical tension and restore energetic balance, while meditation guides you into deeper awareness and ease. Together, these practices work to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite the body into a state of restoration.

This offering is ideal if you’re feeling stressed, depleted, or simply craving a moment of stillness and support.
